There's a great feature in Visual Studio since 2015, 2017 and 2019 and it is turned off by default. It does use about 10 MB of memory but it's so handly and same lots of time.

It's under C# | Advanced in Tools Options. Or you can just type "Advanced" in the Quick Launch Bar (via Ctrl+Q if you like) to jump there.

2. Customize Visual Studio Scroll bar to PreView your code as side Bab. It will enable you to glance your code quickly.

Setting as : Tools > Options > Text Editor > All Languages > Scroll Bars.

The scroll bar has two modes: bar mode and map mode.
